"Life Begins at the End of Your Comfort Zone" is one of many quotes that motivate me to live life to the fullest and use my passion of Health and Education to stay strong and confident and help others reach their true Health and Wellness goals.
I am Liz, a seasoned Health Educator, Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, wife and mother. Throughout my life I have struggled with weight, stress, depression and an addiction to sugar and processed foods. As I learn more about myself, I have gained confidence and build on strategies to cope with and ever changing world and find happiness in my own skin through acceptance and self care.
My journey has brought me through various roles including Reproductive Health Educator, Middle School Health Teacher, Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Essential Oil Hobbyist and Crafter. My passion lies in helping people of all ages learn to change habits to create a healthy lifestyle that includes nutrition, physical activity, stress management, rest and healthy sleep. Through my own journey, I have learned how great the body can feel and how strong it can be. This all happened once I learned the process, started doing things that made me happy and stepped outside my comfort zone.
