The Institute of Integrative Nutrition defines a Health Coach as "a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals." 

As a certified IIN Health Coach, I work with women and men to identify habits that may be keeping them from feeling their best and begin a journey to a healthier lifestyle through goal setting, planning, action, and accountability.

My small group health and wellness challenges have been a game changer for so many clients.  The 2020 Fall Challenge included 13 participants who, over the course of 12 weeks, lost a total of 133.5 pounds.
The top loser lost 12.5% of her body weight through healthy dietary changes, exercise and lifestyle habit changes that she continues using today to maintain her weight loss.
Challengers also report:
  • ​having more energy
  • dropping clothing sizes
  • reducing the need for medications
  • sleeping better
  • better focus and attention
  • lower cholesterol and blood pressure
  • reduced stress
  • better time management
Small group Health and Wellness challenges can be brought to your workplace, gym, or small group of friends with a minimum of 10 people needed to join.  This can also be turned into a competition with prizes.
