What is the 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge?
Messages of what is "healthy" bombard us each and every day. Keto, Intermittent Fasting, HIIT Training, free offers, programs and coupon codes clog up our email and social media and overwhelm our brains with promises of weight loss, more energy and great health. My program is designed to cut through the marketing and hype, help clear your inbox as well as your mind and guide and support through the basics and foundation of a healthy lifestyle. There is no one diet that will work for everyone. Over the eight weeks of my program, you will learn what is best for you.
This group challenge will begin on September 25th and run through November 19th. It is an online challenge that will include weekly support emails, videos, a Private Facebook group and Facebook live check ins.

What can I expect?

By joining, you will learn how the body functions and what is necessary to keep it healthy, strong and working efficiently. You will identify the obstacles and habits keeping you from feeling your best and begin to introduce healthier habits. You will receive support from a certified health coach and personal trainer with over twenty years of health education experience. This eight week program also includes:
- Weekly emails that include simple health and wellness information and action steps that you can begin practicing to crowd out unhealthy habits
- A private Facebook group where you will join other challengers on your journey, share your success, receive support and encouragement and be part of a community you can trust and be inspired by
- Weekly accountability check in to measure progress
- Accountability and support that will help you reach your goals

With over 20 years of Health Education and Health Coaching, I have helped guide women and men to healthy habit and lifestyle changes. A past challenge resulted in 13 participants losing a total of 133.5 pounds with the highest percentage of weight loss being 12.5%. These participants still check in and let me know the habits they built have continued long past the challenge and they have successfully continued their journey towards their health goals.
Most participants in my challenges create a goal of losing weight and have found great success. Others have joined to improve their sleep, reduce stress and have more energy. The eight week challenge is what YOU want to make it. During our first week, you will learn how to properly set a goal, identify some steps to reach it and commit to taking these steps over the eight weeks. You will measure your progress over the eights weeks and check in. You will be held accountable for your success each week by myself and the other members of the group through the private Facebook group.
